Owl by ~SeanAvery is a very unique piece of artwork, I've never seen CD fragments arranged by size and colour to make sculpture in such a way before, but it really makes for a stunning piece of work. ( Suggested by alena-light and Featured by Thebuild )

How long does it take you do make something like this?

And if this were for sale, approx how much would the price be? This is awesome. c:

You should totally make a kiwi bird if possible.

Glad you like my work!

They take about a week of solid work to finish one. Prices vary, this owl costs $800 Australlian dollars plus shipping.

I would love to make a kiwi bird, it would cost $350 plus shipping.

Absolutely amazing work, makes me think of the mechanical owl Bubo in Clash of the Titans (1981 version) :bucktooth: - though only makes me think of as they've both made out of metal I suppose, your one looks much more detailedly awesome, and the real Bubo was probably made out of clay to do the stop-motion action.
